· Stuff you tell us: When you make or update your Whoosh account, you might give us your name, email, or extra details to make Whoosh feel more like yours.
· How you use Whoosh: We automatically note things like which parts of the app you use and how. We also get info about your device, like its type and what network it uses.
· Your location (if you let us): If you say yes, we can use your location to make some features work. You can turn this off anytime in your device settings.
· Make Whoosh better and more suited to you.
· Send you updates, important messages, and news about Whoosh.
· Help you if you have problems or questions.
· Figure out how to improve Whoosh in the future.
No, we don’t sell or rent it. But we might share it:
· With trusted companies that help us run, fix, or improve Whoosh.
· If the law says we have to, like for a court order.
· If Whoosh is part of a merger or sale.
Only as long as we need it—like to keep your account working or follow the law. When we don’t need it anymore, we delete it or make it so no one can tell it’s yours. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

Whoosh is for people 17 and older. We don’t want info from kids under 17. If we get it by accident, we’ll delete it right away. Parents, if you think your kid gave us info, tell us.
Yes, sometimes. We’ll tell you about big changes through the app or email. If you keep using Whoosh after the changes, that means you agree to the new policy.
